With the new founding of the James Co. In 1885, the owner James Fitch had to come up with a new barge with the budget of 10,000 USD. He asks his brother (Owner of Jr.
& Son) to help him build the barge for 2,000 USD. His brother agreed to and started on May 28, 1885. In was completed it on Oct. 28 of the same year. He named it Brarren. In 1900, he sold it to a unknown dealer. Unknown what happen to it after.
