Peewee is a 4-axle shop switching locomotive found IRL in the Colorado Railroad Museum for that specific task (Except 491 bc it's too heavy)
I decided to recreate it in Stormworks, shove the TCP MU control system in it, and make it look like it was converted to standard gauge
NOTE: Throttle will cut out between -0.1 and +0.1, and applying the brakes will cut the throttle
