This adds a requirement to beards so that pawns under a specific age will not get them.
This comes with 2 options
Apply until specified age is met (default) - Pawns will be unable to have a beard until that age is reached. They can't spawn or add one at a styling station until that age. Pawns that have a gene requiring beards will also not require that beard until the desired age is met.
Apply only at pawn Generation - Pawns under the desired age will not spawn with beards. This will exclude pawns who have a gene that requires a beard (so they don't get unhappy). You can still change their beard regardless of age at the styling station.
Children are unable to get beards base game (without external forces). This mod does not change that.
Does not require any DLC. Beards are base game.
Pawns will not magically apport a beard into existence when the desired age is reached. That requires going to a styling bench. They can decide to get a beard if you had a mod that allows pawns to change looks whenever.
See also Mark of Manhood. Discovered after I made this mod, it does a similar thing to the "Apply until specified age is met" with the benefit of pawns possibly growing a beard on their birthday! These mods are not compatible with each other since we're changing the same stuff.
Credit to the mod goes to FishNuggets on the Rimworld discord. They had a similar mod that ate ticks for breakfast, and I was curious enough that I wanted to see how this should be done. This mods impact is relatively 0.
