Entropy dump is an upgraded version of Neural heat dump. With 2s cast time at 15 range you can cast it to any pawn (yes, even hostile). Require psylink lv6 and -8 goodwill(-15 with default neural heat dump) to the affected pawn's faction to balance out the OPness
