Adds a new ritual for colonists and slaves to duel with each other or amongst themselves, with no escorts required.
Apart from that, it works exactly like the vanilla gladiator duel. Your colonists/slaves drop their weapons, go to the arena, and pick any weapon that's nearby to fight each other.
Warning: They can still die, and people will get the colonist died moodlet if that happens. To compensate I've made the other factors of the ritual give better quality, but you won't get 100% unless someone kicks the bucket.
