- You may enslave non-baseliners to serve your needs. Note that these, too, must be eradicated in the end, however.
- You may not enslave or cause harm to subservient baseline humans.
- Baseline humans defiant to and standing in the way of the mission may be converted, enslaved or killed.
- Your mission will be fulfilled once every non-baseline settlement on the planet is eradicated.
