The Fallout Collaboration Project is a complete overhaul of Rimworld to include all things Fallout and create the beloved universe in the best possible way.
This is the NCR Faction and Armory mod. Within this mod are ALL the apparels worn by the New California Republic, hundreds of custom backstories, custom pawnkinds, a custom Ideo and memes, custom currency based on the NCR faction, and a custom scenario. What this also adds in is every named character from the games who is in the NCR as well as a succession system if the leader dies. Eg if Kimball dies, Gen Oliver will become the next leader etc etc.
