PRR Q2 (6131)

Here is the PRR Q2. These locomotives were built between 1944 and 1945, with a total of 26 produced. They were the largest non articulated locomotive ever built and the most powerful ever static tested at PRR's static test plant. These locomotives were 78% more powerful than the locomotives that PRR had in service at the time, with the company claiming it could pull 125 freight cars at a speed of 50 MPH. Despite the success of these locomotives, they got put out of service in 1951, and they were scrapped. Originally I wanted to make this be a PRR Q1, but I went with the Q2 instead.
