A simple to use modular engine ECU, similar in operation to my V2 but this one runs all calculations and other features through a LUA block.
This is in a attempt to reduce the time needed for the MC to process the calculations and output to the engine and should help improve engine stability, especially with engines running on charged air from mechanical pumps or intake scoops.

[*] I've removed the RPS control option as I found it was difficult to set up and get running well as you would need to tune the PID for every engine and re-tune it if you changed the engine or gearing in any way.
[*] I've added a new idle feature to the throttle control where it will try to maintain a ~3RPS idle speed when no throttle value is provided
[*] The new idle fuel slider in the MC settings will allow the idle to be tuned to engine/user preference. NOTE: the value of the slider will most likely have no relation to the idle RPS value as more powerful engines will need less fuel.
