Dodo Industries Terrapin Turbo-Prop
The Terrapin is a gas-turbine powered Turbo-prop power-plant. Featuring an electric start motor, an integrated generator and shaft power to the contra-rotating propellers with their own variable collective. Power from the motor is toggle-able, with a one-way-clutch preventing unwanted usage or overloading of the turbine. Power to the propeller is also toggle-able with a second one-way-clutch. Two small priming tanks for the combustion chamber sit in the mid point of the fuel line, no pump is provided to allow connection to any aircraft's wing with few required modification. With a Paint-Scheme related to Dodo Industries Test Trials, you can change the color to anything you'd like. Connect a "Throttle" input to the Turbine's Micro-Controller, a Starter Input to activate the Turbine, and an input to toggle power to the propeller, then Enjoy,
