Added a second variant of Tarbosaurus, an unique weapon for this model as well a new raid featuring it.

To CE player -- It apply same armor layout change like previous XIV- Krepost, but this time around more inline with DMS lore accurate armor thickness/protection and might or might not goes back to DMS itself.
Again, any mod that change around armor value in CE might cause them either unbalance or destoryer of all things.
