Do your coolers and heaters are constantly changing and switching between "low" and "high" power use non-stop?

Just to be sure:

[*] [b]It takes like 2 seconds to the coolers/heaters to update their power use to "fixed" and power needed upon being built.[/b]
[*] Passive coolers and anything that doesn't have a "low/high power consumption" for [b]temperature[/b] remain unchanged, like solar panels and batteries.
[*] Even if not connected to power or turned off, it will show "Current power use: Fixed", this is not neccesarily a bug.
[*] Turning off works as normal
[*] Restarting the game after changing the settings is NOT required.

A: Yep.
Q: 75% of base power is too much/very little. Can I modify it?
A: Yes. Go to Options>Mod Settings>More Mod Settings>Fixed Power Usage
