Because of bugs,if you play original Dragonian Race Factions and Scenarios, you'll see many red texts on startup and dragonian can't be arrested, so I made this patch.
This mod need pre-mod Dragonian Race Factions and Scenarios.
And 1.3 port of dragonian
1.3 Patch for Dragonian Race Factions and Scenarios, fix many bugs. It should work well, be aware of mod order.
