Yes, but not directly. This mod was a test run to sort out the problems with a single use weapon system, and it has largely been a success. This old 1.3 version will remain as is for reference to anyone else trying to do the same thing.
Change wise I'll be dropping XML Extensions since it's not absolutely needed, and adding the Vanilla Expanded Framework for the Multi Verb Combat Framework. The MVCF solves the few issues from 1.3, such as spawning extra weapons so raiders don't attack with a single pila, and getting raiders to equip new weapons from inventory without having to use Simple Sidearms.
Since there will be a dependency change I'm going to make a separate mod for 1.4, this version will continue to be compatible with vanilla ammo systems such as LTS Ammunition, Yayo Comabt, and Flake Wombat. LTS will have additional support to use single use weapons as ammo.
As for ammunition mods utilizing the MVCF Reloading code, they will likely take advantage of the open source status of this mod and integrate the system directly. Be sure to check the description as they are released.

Known Issues:
Pawns won't equip new grenades n'at without workaround.
Throw Them won't break anything, but the systems don't work together yet, looking into it. It will still work on unpatched grenades.

More Mod Settings has a menu to adjust stack limits of grenades N'at. Default is 10 and can go up to 100, let me know if it needs to go higher.
If using Simple Ammunition Remastered, everything should be compatible as long as grenades n'at stay unpatched
If using LTS Ammunition, be sure to set single use weapons to no ammo in the menu.
If using Yayo's Combat, you should be good to go. I don't personally use YC so I didn't realize it, but as it turns out it checks the verb before assigning the ammo system. If for some reason a single use weapon does have the ammo system assigned to it let me know so I can patch it.
Patches included for Royalty so grenadier armor reloads with frag grenades.
Patches included for VWE Grenades so recipes and reloading costs reflect single use grenades.
Patches included for LTS Ammunition so Throwing Rocks can be used as ammo.
