This module connects to the Composite OUT (not antenna out) of the PT2.1 Radio and creates outputs to be fed into 4 buzzers to generate radio tones.
Currently generates a Talk Permit Tone and has timed outputs for the denied tone (BONK), emergency alert receive (Hi-Lo), and an optional noise to signal to the user that their radio is in emergency mode
