I really didn't like the grey colours especially indoors during the overcast weather so I did some research. 
This is a dirty patch made by Kopp in the comments of [WD]Realistic Darkness to fix the grey overlay colours at night during the Overcast weather of Regrowth: Core and Framework Mod.
Uploaded as a workshop file with full permission. Regardless all credits should go to the original author. If however you fall upon any issues I may be able to assist if possible.
