Add a separate job to load pack animals during caravan formation.
This is meant to help the formation of large caravans, 'Pack' job should be set to priority one.
Yes, this can be achieved with work tab, which i use, but for the few tasks which are systematically broken down i think a separate job is cleaner and doesn't hide lower priority hauling jobs.
