A simple helicopter. Small enough for the starter career island base, you may need to shrink the propeller size to about 25% to ensure it can clear the door. This won't have any effect on its performance, and if you do spawn it on water, ensure you spawn it on a floating structure to take off from! It will not float!
It is pretty stable, but mess around with the trim until you get something that works for you.
You also only need about 60% throttle to fly; more is less fuel efficient.
