Universally multiplies certain stats on startup. If all sliders are set to 1 this mod effectively does nothing, adjust to your liking and at your own risk.
May be CE compatible depending on what vanilla stats CE uses, I may do an alternate version.
Feel free to request what stats should be added, but I can only add stats that are defined in the xml files.
