Ultima Factions: Buccaneer's Den

'Twould be easy to say that such a place as this is one best avoided by followers of Virtue. However, the headquarters of pirates and other assorted thugs called Buccaneer's Den is also a place of great resource, where shoppes sell exotic wares such as mystic gems and magical rings of fabulous power. Those who can make it out of towne without being relieved of their purchases along the way should consider themselves fortunate.
So what can I say about Buccaneer's Den? The pirates are a fairly simple bunch. Go out on raids, kill, pillage, go home and get drunk. Wake up with a massive hangover the next day and do it all over again because they were so drunk they don't remember the previous time. They seem to forget to wear armor too but who the hell cares anyway?
Bucc's Den can be considered a city state. It should spawn only the one settlement.
The outfits are made to be gender specific and will change depending on whose wearing it. Also, pirates will make use of items from Ultima Armoury.
