In short, the Toolkit allows viewers to vote on what happens and rewards them for watching, with coins that are spent on items/events in game. Everything is optional, the voting can be played without the store and is actually quite recommended. Do not be afraid to leave some features out of use.
If you are streaming, you can post in the #channel-promotion section of the discord to automatically send out a notice to subscribed users.
