The ship served as Admiral Michiel de Ruyter's flagship during the Second Anglo-Dutch War, taking part in the Dutch victory at the Four Days Battle and the defeat at the St. James's Day Battle, and acting as a command post as well as blockading the River Thames during the Raid on the Medway. The vessel performed well throughout the war, though it was partially dismasted during the Four Days Battle. De Ruyter used De Zeven Provinciën as his flagship during the Third Anglo-Dutch War of 1672-1673. The ship served in all four major battles against the combined English and French fleet, fighting in the Battle of Solebay, Battle of Schooneveld and the Battle of Texel. In 1674 the ship went to the West Indies. In 1692, the ship, now armed with only 76 guns, fought at the Battles of Barfleur and La Hogue during the Nine Years' War. The vessel was severely damaged during the fight and, in 1694, De Zeven Provinciën had to be broken up. (From Wikipedia) STATS AND FEATURES

67.00 meters long (bow to stern)
59.50 meters tall (keel to top of the main mast)
11.75 meters breadth (maximum, on the main gundeck)
Fully square-rigged with a lateen mizzen, 3 staysails, and 2 spritsails
Working whipstaff and rudder system (THERE IS NO SHIPS WHEEL)
Roughly 99% full interior in game (7 decks)
82 guns (battle cannons): 41 per broadside, 2 stern chasers
Working anchors and capstan system
HOW TO USE De Zeven Provinciën requires either a modded workbench or a mission in order to spawn due to her size. Once spawned, she may be controlled via the whipstaff (a large pole) towards her stern on the upper gundeck. You may control yards, the mizzen sail, the rudder, and lights throughout the ship from here. IMPORTANT: to furl and unfurl the sails, go to the fife rails located at the base of the fore and main masts (these are on the fo'c'sle and the quarterdeck respectively). All sails on the ship have the ability to be raised and lowered individually from these fife rails. All decks are accessible via multiple stairwells and/or ladders, many of which require crouching to traverse properly. To control the anchors, go to the main capstan (the one with the Dutch colors) on the main gundeck and lower or raise each anchor using the arrows in front. To control the guns, there are handles on either side of the main mast, located on the quarterdeck, with chasers being controlled via the great cabin. REQUIREMENTS/RECOMMENDATIONS To make De Zeven Provinciën actually look good in-game, I decided the best option was to create two mods: Larger Flags and European Naval Ensigns. NEITHER OF THESE ARE REQUIRED FOR THE SHIP TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY; however I would STRONGLY recommend you use these two mods in conjunction with her. I would also recommend using a mod which adds smoke to cannons, as this is how they appeared during the age of sail and thus would be accurate. Kaffe's Accurate Smoke Mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3709639025 CHANGELIST

Remade her entire stern and details
Redid her keel in the stern
Added camber
Revamped the rigging and yards
Redid the beams
Revamped her masts
Rebalanced some cannons
Remade cannon system (credit to kaffemachine)
Many more insane details!
CREDITS I would like to thank the Stormworks community for supporting me and patiently waiting for the end of this project! This will 99.99% likely be the last version. I am still developing more ships of course! Please follow me if you'd like to see more ships like this one, it would mean a lot to me!!! :D
