Yet another "make your own neutroamine" mod.
This one allows colonies to synthesize neutroamine from raw psychoid and smokeleaf.
Ingredients: 20 psychoid leaves, 10 smokeleaf leaves
Product: 5 neutroamine^
Minimum skills: 4 Crafting, 5 Intellectual
Work: 25
The job takes place at the drug lab. It requires a research project for which psychite refining is a prerequisite.
This mod can be added to existing games. I don't anticipate conflicts with other mods.
