No Infestation On Buildings
This feature has been integrated into my QoL Toolbox mod and is still available in the current version, but this branch will no longer be maintained in future versions.

Description
hives will no longer spawn on furniture or structures (such as shelves and tool cabinets), preventing buildings from being uninstalled or destroyed.
