Simple Food Selection [1.3-1.6 Fork]
Fork of AndHobbes' Simple Food Selection. Replaces the vanilla food searching algorithm with a better one. Note that the code works on the assumption that there are some food close by to any pawn that's accessible to it. Thus the performance might drop significantly if that's not the case and there are lots of out-of-reach food to go through (for example, animals in a bare pen, while the map is filled with trees [tropical biome])

Change made are new (1.3) APIs and a patch against SeedPlease: Lite that prevents pet (probably wild animal, too) from feeding on seeds.
Minimal maintenanc (think about fixing for new Rimworld versions or obvious bugs and such)
