News Information:
[b]1.83 Update[/b]
Fixed neuroformer drop permit cost / also changed cooldowns for them
200 / 100 / 50 years respectively for the permits.
Now it will be possible to slowly (very slowly) gain neuroformer drops for free with your royal colonists.
May potentially change the numbers or play with values later depending on any feedback or new thoughts. will keep people posted with any new ideas :)!

About Console Errors:
Any errors showing up in the console about pawn recruitment difficulty etc. can all be safely ignored. Its nothing, don't worry about it. Its expected due to negligence, but it 100% does nothing. Before you ask, no, i wont fix it.
Compatibility:
Wont Work WithAnything that adds or changes royal titles/permits.
Anything like that would need a patch.
