Pocket Map Wealth Scale
Scales the wealth for pocket maps by a configurable amount, when calculating the parent map wealth. Pocket maps are things like ancient bunkers, anomaly pits, etc.

Example
E.g. in vanilla:
Map tile at 100k wealth itself, stockpile at 100k wealth. Total 200k wealth on map tile
E.g. With 0.1x multiplier:
Map tile at 100k wealth itself, stockpile at 100k wealth. Total 110k wealth on map tile
Pawns within the pocket map will still see the full wealth of the pocket map.
Compatibility
It's probably ok? It's a transpiler so it's safe to add/remove mid-save. Should be pretty obvious from wealth graphs if its working
Technical
A harmony transpiler on WealthWatcher.ForceRecount(). When the map tile loops pocket tiles adding the wealth from them, the transpiler adds a new code instruction to first multiply the pocket map wealth by the configured multiplier.
