GTA Themed Level UP [B42]
Changed the way how level up sound works, now you have more control over it!
[b]If you consider making own sound mod, use [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3456944494&searchtext=gta+4]this instead[/url], i'm just lazy to update it. If it works - it works.[/b]
By default plays randomized 12 audio files when you level up, can change volume of level up, and also you can change modes from random, exclude some sounds, and play them sequentially (also modifiable!). Fully customizable / custom level ups!
