Adds an explosive arrow/bolt variant for bows and crossbows alike.
Not very strong, practically loses functionality the more armored someone is. Basically useless against flak+ and mechs. Bugs are fairly resistant other than the scarabs.
It's literally a small bag stuffed with explosive powder wrapped to the head of an arrow, don't expect much out of it.

[b]Defs/Medieval[/b] for crossbow bolts.
[b]Defs/Neolithic[/b] for arrows.
Be advised that adding fragmentation basically makes the arrows 10x stronger and practically kills anything unless they are a centi or have power armor.

Also I know it looks ugly. I made it so I can shoot explosive arrows, not to display my artistic creativity.
