Fuck It *Un-Chillaxs your Phoebe*
This mod does what it says in the title; it makes Phoebe Chillax...well...a lot less chill.
In addition to changing her sprite to look more like a wildcard believer of fate, it also changes her behavior to be exactly like Randy Random. After all, what's the point of looking crazy if you don't act the part?
