Adds a new recipe to the fabrication bench: Alchemy.
Turns 40 steel into 40 gold.
Requires 8 Crafting to do (same as manufacturing a component).
I got the idea from Jr Odom on Noobert's Youtube channel.
This is a fairly simple XML patch so it should be compatible with most mods.
