Stronger Spacer Armor (Vanilla)

I've always thought the endgame spacer armor was extremely disappointing. The Rimworld Wiki says Marine armor is roughly on par with a good duster and a flak vest. Really!? No wonder my space marines were getting downed by neolithic weapons... Spacer armor requires a massive investment of both research and resources, so it needs to feel WORTH it. Changes: Recon Armor Set All armor types set to 100%. This means 1/2 of all attacks will be negated (not factoring in armor penetration). Marine Armor Set All armor types set to 150%. This means 3/4 of all attacks will be negated (not factoring in armor penetration). From my playtesting, my pawns aren't completely invincible, but they do feel like they're wearing awesome endgame gear now. It's a pretty limited XML patch, so it should be compatible with most mods. I'm considering patching up the Charge Rifle and Charge Lance next... Q: What about the Royalty stuff? I don't have Royalty. Sorry.
