Reverts SOS2 batteries back to the capacity they had before 1.3. I made this because I felt it wasn't a fair amount to have so little more capacity for something so much more expensive than vanilla batteries.
Also makes them more efficient instead of 95% like vanilla are, why would spacer era batteries have the same inefficiency that industrial era batteries do?
Small capacitor: 99% efficient
Capacitor array: 100% efficient
