Dombie's Stat Caps (With Mod Options)
A patch mod whose purpose is to reel in overpowered stats/abilities. Some mods, even my own, tend to boost player/npc powers considerably higher than intended due to different mechanics meshing into each other.
You may even be afraid to install certains mods together simply because of the different balance designs or oversights. This mod is to preserve gameplay balance by allowing you to set a maximum/minimum cap for your stats. Most video games have caps to ease developers/modders when it comes to adding powerful effects or abilities. It stops the player from ruining the intended experience.
