Khess - Avian Race (Updated for 1.6)

Technologically advanced avians with a full arsenal. This mod adds the Khessans, a race of humanoid birds from the Covenant of Hir, complete with an extensive weapon set, advanced power generation, unique resources, and a fully functional faction. If you want high-tech bird colonists with their own military-grade gear, this is it.
This is the second species that I've converted to 1.6. Note that I rebalanced some gear and stats from the original—they were quite powerful. Now they're still stronger than vanilla, but not massively so.
1.6 Update:
- Full 1.6 Compatibility: Fixed all errors, runs clean in testing.
- Visual Updates: Converted graphics to .dds format for better performance.
- Faction System: Updated the Covenant of Hir to current standards. Both as playable, and as enemies.
- HAR Integration: Configured for latest Humanoid Alien Races.
- Rebalancing: Adjusted stats and gear power levels for better gameplay balance.
