Adds two specialized limbs which speed up cleaning.

Speeds up the overall cleaning and cleans an additional filth in the tile currently being cleaned.
[b]Mop leg / foot[/b]
Speeds up the overall cleaning and performs additional cleaning in surrounding tiles, or, if none is found, cleans an additional, but reduced amount in the current tile.

These limbs being considered "horrible" is available as an option though, for all your typical RimWorld needs concerning urges.
Snow clearing is also affected, speed bonus may differ though, as snow clearing overall works differently.
These items are available the same way Field Hands or Drill Arms are, through quests and the Specialized Limbs research.

Modder notes:
This mod replaces the "tickAction" of the clean-Toil. Unless a mod modifies that "tickAction" or the order of the Toils in JobDriver_CleanFilth.MakeNewToils there should not be compatibility issues.
