grab the remote controler from the front of the boat
set it to channel 5
turn on the controler and swim!

a/d - steer

ADDICIONAL:
the electric conector and radio sends out information about the boat:
its on channel 55 on radio, comp reads:
1 - boat x (GPS)
2 - boat y (GPS)
3 - boat heading (compas)
4 - boat speed (m/s)
5 - boat battery (battery charge)
