Monarch VIS-422 Amphibious Scout
BACKGROUND
Monarch is a fictional company that has been producing vehicles for both military and civilian use since 1932 and has been Arkadia’s leading vehicle producer since 1953
The Monarch VIS-422 first entered production in 1961 and was used in several missions and battles to help infantry move around the battlefield and to also scout out key locations. The VIS-422 was eventually retired in 1983 after a lengthy career.
