Monarch is a fictional company that has been producing vehicles for both military and civilian use since 1932 and has been Arkadia’s leading vehicle producer since 1953
The Monarch ST-3 “Centaur” is a multipurpose truck that was first produced in 1951 for the Arkadian Armed Forces and was used to transport troops to and from the front, and to refuel other vehicles, it was finally retired in 1977 after a long career.
