What is this mod?
Inspired by the Cyberpunk universe, this mod adds the Sandevistan implant featured prominently in Cyberpunk: Edgerunners and Cyberpunk 2077.
The Sandevistan is implemented as a bionic spine implant that allows pawns to move, react, and fight at superhuman speeds.

What abilities are added by the Sandevistan?
Upon successful implantation, the Sandevistan grants two abilities.
1. Sandevistan Toggle (Passive Buff)
A toggleable ability that applies powerful bonuses while active:
• Greatly increased movement speed
• Increased manipulation
• Reduced melee cooldown
• Increased melee damage
• Increased melee hit and dodge chance
• Ignores terrain movement penalties
• Immune to stagger effects
Activate the ability to receive the benefits, and deactivate it at any time when no longer needed.

2. Sandevistan Dash (Blink Ability)
An active dash ability that propels the pawn forward at extreme speed:
• Manually target a location to dash toward
• Right-click to enable auto-cast
• When auto-cast is enabled, the pawn will automatically dash toward visible enemies
This ability allows for rapid repositioning and aggressive, fluid melee combat.

What’s new in Version 3.0?
This mod has been fully overhauled for Version 3.0:
• All abilities now utilize the Vanilla Expanded Framework
• The Sandevistan is now a true toggle, matching its behavior in Cyberpunk 2077 and Edgerunners
• A new dash / blink ability has been added for more dynamic combat and movement
• Updated to take advantage of new combat stats introduced in RimWorld 1.5, allowing finer control over attack speed without relying on other mods
