Telol xenotype mod
A tribal start focused custom xenotype.
Suggested to be ran with "High Life" and "Prefered xenotype" ideologion precept.

Why
I was annoyed that custom xenotype you make for starting pawns is not being integrated to game at all - the ones you start with are all that you have. No recruitable prisoners, no factions, nothing.
So I made this mod to do so. Feel free to clone it for your own xenotype.
