Playable Outlanders [Continued]
What this mod does:

Adds two new playable factions and custom scenarios. Designed to be lore-friendly, with compatibility for Vanilla Expanded Apparel and Factions Expanded: Settlers.
It is extremely light, as it only patches in two Defs and the new scenarios.
[b]Scenario 1 — Outlanders[/b]

Start as four outlanders who have split away from an Outlander union, seeking independence on the rim.
With no backing, no safety net, and only what they carry, they must build a colony from the ground up and forge a new civilian community — through organization, labor, and long-term planning.
[b]Scenario 2 — Two Wanderers[/b]
[hr]
Two outlanders arrive together, bound by trust rather than authority.
With limited supplies and no broader support, survival depends on coordination and careful decisions. Progress is slower, mistakes are costly, and every role must be filled by the same hands.
This scenario focuses on a small-scale beginning, where growth is uncertain and stability must be earned over time.
[b]Scenario 3 — The Amnesiac[/b]

A former outlander awakens alone.
No records. No companions. No context. His past is inaccessible, and the world offers no explanation. Only basic knowledge remains, enough to function, but not enough to remember who he was.
Shelter, food, and safety must be secured without guidance or support. A brutally difficult scenario.
[b]Scenario 4 — A Man and His Dog[/b]

The outlander's faithful Labrador trots alongside them, loyal as ever. Their revolver rests at their side — a reminder of better times, and insurance against worse ones.
Survival is uncertain, but at least they are not alone. Since you will start with barely any supplies, this is a difficult start.

This is a continued and updated version for RimWorld 1.6 of Kirby’s original mod "Playable Outlander Settlers", with an additional scenario and a few balance tweaks intended to make them slightly harder.
You gain the option to start as an outlander, born and raised on this rimworld.
