They were here before you. They will be here after you. They do not know why. They do not care. They are having a great time. This is my tribute to the stick figure genre of flash games, and to the countless hours I spent playing them as a kid. Especially the XiaoXiao series. The author of the XiaoXiao games, Zhu Zhiqiang, is a huge inspiration to me and I hope this mod can capture even a fraction of the charm and fun of his work. StickWorld adds Stickmen as a fully playable xenotype, a hostile wandering faction, and a dedicated starting scenario. They are drawn. They are wrong. They are surprisingly dangerous. They are completely unbothered. Features [b]The Stickman Xenotype[/b] A custom procedural skeleton renderer built entirely in C# — no sprite sheets, no directional body textures. Every limb is a live bone with real hinge joints at the elbow and knee. Arms and legs bend dynamically during movement, XiaoXiao style. Select the Stickman xenotype in the character creator or start as one from the scenario screen. [b]Genes[/b] - Drawn Form — custom procedural body, suppresses all vanilla rendering ( So it's compatible with everything ) - Cartoon Blood — bright red, comically large splatter filth - Paper Constitution — low armor. They fold. - Two-Dimensional Profile — hard to hit, high dodge chance - Flash Fighter — melee passion and hit chance bonus. Flash game veterans. - Living Artwork — artistic passion. They are art. - Completely Unbothered — very high mental break threshold. Nothing bothers them. - Drawing's Metabolism — eats almost nothing. They are a drawing. [b]Ideology[/b] Several memes and precepts added. Some work great, some are mostly for flavour :) [b]Faction[/b] The Stickmen have three factions. Friendly, Wanderers(neutral) and Pirates(hostile) [b]Scenario — Drawn Into Existence[/b] Start as three stickmen who dropped from the sky in pods that should not have fit anything resembling a person. Light on gear, high on melee, and completely fine about all of it. [b]Combat Detail[/b] Arrows visibly embed in the body on impact — one per hit, up to eight, each at a random angle. They follow the limb they struck. [b]Compatibility[/b] - There are no known compatibility issues with any mods yet. As always - Like, Rate and share the fun :)
