A simple mod that adds Phobe Double Chillax, a storyteller with Phobe's stats except she trends towards giving you a higher population than default. Free Recruitment events will taper out around a population of 30 instead of 11 and attempts to cull your pop will max out at 50 colonists instead of 20. All other storyteller settings are unchanged.
