This mod introduces an AI uplift assistant (AUA).
It's a building like the multianalyser but it requires an AI persona core to be build.
It gives a research speed increase of 100% designed to help uplift tribal colonies by allowing them to research technologies much faster.
The AUA is only linkable with the High-tech research bench.
