Power Armor Rebalance Patch
A simple patch to rebalance Core, Royalty, and Vanilla Armour Expanded powered armor by increasing item durability significantly, slightly increasing movement speed when equipped, and adding toxic protection.
Base game power armor often isn't as competitive with high quality flak armor/dusters, so this rebalances them to be more durable and less of a burden. Durability is increased to be more in line with that of other armors made of plasteel/uranium. For comparison's sake, plasteel plate armor has 812 HP while vanilla marine armor has only 340 HP... even though it's mostly made of plasteel. In addition, each power armor gains +0.2 m/s compared to its baseline as well as a degree of toxic protection (see changes below).
Also adds EVA compatibility/additional cold insulation for use with [url=https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1909914131]Save Our Ship 2[/url].

[u]Changes are as follows:[/u]
[b]First tier[/b]: (recon, prestige recon, locust, EVA gear): helm 120 -> 300 HP, -15% toxic sensitivity; armor 280 - > 700 HP, +0.2 m/s, -15% toxic sensitivity (-30% for full set)
[b]Second tier[/b]: (marine, prestige marine, grenadier): helm 160-> 325 HP, -25% toxic sensitivity; armor 340 - > 800 HP, -0.2 m/s, -25% toxic sensitivity (-50% for full set)
[b]Third tier[/b]: (cataphract, prestige cataphract, phoenix, heavy EVA): helm 180 -> 350 HP, -37.5% toxic sensitivity; armor 400- > 900 HP, -0.6 m/s, -37.5% toxic sensitivity (-75% for full set)
Similar changes for [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1814988282]Vanilla Armour Expanded[/url] armors (trooper is a step under tier one; siegebreaker between second and third tiers) and [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2454391139]SOS2 space gear[/url] light EVA gear (also tier 0.5 like VAE trooper armor).

No mod/DLC dependencies, but you obviously won't get access to mod/DLC armors without the appropriate ones enabled. Made for Rimworld version 1.3.
