Interaction-Area Settings

Joy-objects like Televisions and Horseshoe-pins have an area where pawns are when interacting with it.
This lets you modify that area, similar to the idea of my [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2739581441]Linkable Settings[/url]-mod.
In the mod-settings you can modify

[*] Placement away from the object
[*] If pawns need to be in the same room
