Possibly the least terrible incident you can have.
Every so often, a colonist will stub their toe or get a splinter on their finger. Just like in real life, they will be totally fine after a few seconds, but the pain will be disabling for those few seconds. Bring the annoyance of first-world problems into RimWorld!
The frequency can be changed in the Mod Settings screen.
