Adds a copy of the vinilla dining chair, but visually offset by half a tile (left when facing down). Note that functionally its not between tiles, but is only a visually between tiles, pawns using the chair will appear to be sitting on the edge due to engine limitations, contact me on steam if you find a work around to fix this.
