Adds the bee basket from Wickerman (2006) to make the best use of bees from RimBees.
No research required, simply make at a crafting spot (or either tailor bench) and apply directly to your prisoners' heads through a medical operation!
When "wearing" the Bee Basket, a pawn will be much easier to convert, and be unable to move due to pain.
(Yes - it does require Alpha Bees.)

Currently there is a (harmless) error when removing the Bee Basket from a pawn - I'm not sure how to resolve it, so for now just ignore it.
